MANUFACTURING FACILITY
The El.P.Em industries has a seamless network of inhouse production facilities coupled with quality vendors to manufacture products in the shortest possible time with the highest standards of quality.
We have a highly motivated team of engineers and skilled technicians that support the entire production process. Our manufacturing processes confirm to ISO 9001:2015 standards and we have been certified by TUV-Sud.
All the components are manufactured and tested for quality as per ISI standards. We procure quality castings from reputed foundries and these are machined with a fusion of conventional and CNC machines. For the motor bodies, ISI certified wire is subjected to quality checks, wound by skilled winders and once again subjected to our stringent quality checks before they are passed onto assembly. All rotors are dynamically balanced to ensure smooth running. Our assembly line, testing and packing is inline and we are constantly striving to improve the same. All our pumps are tested 100%.
We ensure the best fit and finish for our products.
We have an automated testing setup for single phase as well as three phase openwell submersible pumpsets upto 5 HP. We also have an in-house R&D setup where continuous improvements are made to ensure the best performance of our pumps. Our continual improvement practices also streamline the entire production process to ensure we are able to manufacture our pumps in the shortest time with the lowest cost.
Our pumps are rugged and are built to perform under a vast set of conditions.
